I am in my first year in the role, so I am still quite new, but my onboarding process was very smooth and efficient. The expectations of me have been clearly outlined and I felt very equipped to hit the ground running. A very warm welcome and I already feel like a part of the family. Really good culture, this comes from the top down. It's very refreshing to work for a senior leadership team that genuinely really care about and collaborate with their team. Very approachable management and ideas are welcome from every level. Communication is excellent There is a real focus on individual development, regular 121 time with management, ongoing support and professional development planning. Encouragement to learn, with regular trainings, 'lunch and learns' and the options to take courses and advance skills. Hybrid working, very good work life balance. Good office location near Old Street. Lovely sociable team, feels like working with friends. Leadership genuinely care about inclusivity and diversity. Exciting atmosphere as the company is growing.
