      Pros

      Great team that pulled together to ensure client service was delivered to the highest standard. Tram tenacity and resolve was exceptional.

      Cons

      There are no issues of material significance. The organization has been purchased by another e-discovery organization and no longer continues to trade.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for skill growth. There are quite a few resources for individual growth. Taking the initiative to grow your skills is rewarded and highly encouraged.

      Cons

      The company was highly unorganized overall. All departments are "out for themselves". One hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

      I loved working with the people. This was the first I worked which was engineering focused and not business focus.

      Cons

      Company seemed to be have a been going through a series of transitions which caused a sense of tension.
