      Pros

      Large defense oriented projects can make your CV look attractive.

      Cons

      Management is rude, weak, and seems to have little understanding of how to deliver realistic expectations to both the customers and their employees. Projects consistently fall far behind milestone dates leading to high stress for all levels of the company. Claims to be Agile but fails to succeed in the model's defining principles.

      Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice people.

      Cons

      Where to start? COO lives across the country and manages remotely. Lots of talk about Lean and Continual Improvement, but it goes no where. No training whatsoever - sink or swim. Projects often go past deadline and require OT. Nonexistent company culture. People are retired-in-place or not engaged in their work. Mediocrity is the name of the game.
