      Pros

      - Nice environment and people to work with - Employee friendly policies - Challenging tasks - Positive environment - Party hard - Fresher's will get chance to groom their soft skills. - Always gives multiple chance to improve and grow. - Definitely recommend

      Cons

      - Too much micro management. - Full potential remain unutilized. - You really need to know about what you are allowed and not allowed to do. Without they instructing you at first place. - Process is not standardised it keeps on changing. Sometimes it good also. - Expectations remain heigher than freedom you have to meet those expectations. - New ways are not welcomed. You have to stick with what they are already doing. - Managers are actually deligators. - Over concerns on small issues is too dramatic. - What should be instructed, expected to come out of common sense however that remains one sided I.e. towards employees. - Common company policy rules need permissions to be executed. - Over burdon on employee due to rework so many times on same task only because basic instructions are missing and non-standerd pre existing undocumented code is asked to implement. Which always need patch work while accommodation. - because of malpractices of some employees, few non-employee friendly policies are burdened on all employees. - No constant work availability. Sometimes you are too much burdened other times you remain free.

      Good Work culture and if you want to have friends for life this is the place to be. They do pay you on time. Interesting projects in pipeline Chance to learn best in industry architectures.
