      Pros

      Excellent company mission. Vertical integration allows you to learn a lot. Great culture/great people. Stable company that has never had a layoff. Privately owned without risk of buyout/you don't have to answer to stock holders. Good work/life balance. Large company with Mom & Pa feel.

      Cons

      Starts lower side on pay, but if you stick around/prove yourself you can do quite well (raises will put you above competitive pay at other local companies).

      Pros

      Great team, people are great. Company treats employees well and supports family life very well. CEO is great, and most people (not all) are happy to be there. Company mission and leadership is great and well and don't have to please anyone besides their customers. Company has NEVER laid off employees because of poor economy / financials.

      Cons

      Low comp, all I can think of.
