You will work with some truly amazing people along with working on cutting-edge technologies for the defense sector. R&D aspect generates a fast pace environment to really help grow your capabilities.

Cons

Senior management is often too aggressive with the program scheduling. Underbidding of program financials often results in substantial program technical debt. There is a lack of accountability in senior management. Due to company size and structure, there are no promotional opportunities.
