      The pace of change is lightning fast, especially now as everyone is adapting to AI. It can be overwhelming at times so really important to have a laser focus on your priorities and turn down things that might lead you astray from realizing them. We don't have the same perks as a large consultancy. On the flipside, our size gives us extreme agility to adjust that larger companies can't match.

      Great clients, tech-forward everything, remote culture on lock, smart teammates, ownership and autonomy to customize and refine how you want to run your team with strong standard tools as a foundation, AI enablement across all categories of work. If you have the initiative, it will be rewarded, if you have the leadership skills, you will find yourself leading. I work with the best brains of my career, and feel fulfilled and know my work makes an impact.

      Would love RRSP matching program, so i will drop a star, but benefits are solid otherwise
