-Since starting as an apprentice I've had the opportunity to progress all the way to being a Managing Consultant within a few years! -I've had constant support over the years with numerous qulificaitons and courses that I've wanted to persue to develop myself further as well as being well looked after during the Coronavirus Pandemic. -I've had constant accountability throughout the years and have always been able to have my say in the way that tasks and provedures can be run and improved.

-The management will push you hard to improve you further!
