Good salary Good benefits Sometimes cool team building events and trips

Cons

No work-life balance Unreal expectations while setting KPIs (far from SMART rule) Subordinates are always guilty for not achieving goals but management is not Constant increasing requirements of KPIs until the person burns out and can't perform. What next? They fire this person saying that they are low performer Toxic HR Team, not trustworthy, bad practices towards employees.

- lack of management - lack of feedback - lack of achievable product goals - just one goal - earn more money and beat competitors - a lot of gossip behind your back - a lot of senior-level guys have left this company (CTO's, PO's, PM's) - a lot of baseless accusations, and when it turns out that you are not to blame (problem is not on our side) - no apologies It was a great company before but now it has some problems. A lot of high level 'long-livers' left this company. There is a total misunderstanding between teams and between CEO and teams especially. We were doing a lot of useless work just because management said it. Without arguments.

1. Flexible schedule - you can work as much or as little as long as your job gets done. It is all in your hands, you are your own boss. 2. Great office location - the company is working out of a co-working space in downtown San Francisco. Stacked kitchen, great people, friendly atmosphere. 3. Office culture - people are treated with respect and always get encouraged and rewarded for good work. 4. Leadership - the founder is a highly motivational leader, who is always ready to help, with tons of resources.

Cons

Startup challenges - there is always a lot of work in startups, and you end up wearing many hats. However, this is also a teaching opportunity, as you always grow and find yourself better than you were before you started. Because the company is young, there is not a big compensation, but plenty of opportunities to get rewarded in the future.
