      Pros

      Fantastic support in role Frequent Training Quarterly bonus' Amazing entry positions into recruitment with focus on process rather than just results, unlike many "cut throat" recruitment companies. Integrity is a key aspect to work here

      Cons

      For me, Healthcare wasn't somewhere I could see myself developing and broadening my opportunities to travel, but it could be really lucrative if you were happy to stay within healthcare recruitment for your career.

      - Very good management- supportive directors, weekly meetings with your manager to keep you on track. -Great end of quarter incentives -Good target incentives -Direct praise from owner/ MD -The company has good plans to develop in the future
