The company Owner Mr. Keshav goyal always do politics with employee either directly or indirectly way on any topic like leave, work, office timing, late night stay. Team lead of company doesn’t know about timeline of project, he have a poor management skill. They are not focus on project quality. Once you see the code you will understand. The result of this, client would unable to start their business. Work culture is not transparent. They select 1 employee for project on each technology that employee is called “Main Banda”. All project on that technology handle by this person and Other employee work like a labour. They have no documentation of project. They doesn’t give any KT session to the new employee. They play with the new employee to showing that seniors are very good. After one month new employee does know everything that where he stuck. Senior level employee arrogant, they know the all about code because they made this. They does not tell anything if they have do any changes in code. The result of this they have dominated the juniors. They have no culture related to salary. Every year they change the salary structure. Owner is a very good recruiter he have ability to find helpless people. Criteria of recruiting is consider by - 20% knowledge and 80% of your job requirement.
