Flexible schedule, amazing leaders, real work experience
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any! This experience is very unique for college students. I would recommend to anyone looking for real world work experience at a young age!

I was not expecting an amazing experience like this. Virtual open door policy with higher ups. Amazing mentorship. Kind coworkers and manager. Decent pay (better than most places that hire students). A learning experience every college student should strive to have.
Cons
A small con is that the training is unpaid. Expect to spend around 5-6 hours in the beginning doing the training. This requirement really isn't all that bad, considering all the positive things about the experience.
