      There is no culture i joined with reference but know that everyone is same and you will not grow. it is like a mass company. no one gets nice salary also. they only make commisions. all good review are fake by the MD friends.

      Cons

      They will send us to client majority of the cases. There is no corporate culture here. Management dont value their employees. They will fire employees with worst reasons. There is no recognision for talent.
