      Pros

      Apptile has fantastic leadership. They're experts in their field and always ready to provide guidance and support. The team is incredibly friendly and collaborative, with everyone willing to lend a hand across different departments. You're given real ownership and responsibility for your work, without being micromanaged. I also appreciated that they remained open to collaboration even after I left the company.

      Cons

      As with any company, some projects don't always go as planned, but that's a natural part of the learning process. The team always showed resilience and learned from any setbacks.
