Delayed Payment and Unprofessional Culture
Delayed salaries, false promises, and poor management are a daily reality here. The company plays a game of deception — making promises it has no intention of honoring and constantly delaying payments with a stream of weak excuses. There’s a complete lack of proper management; everything depends on Rahul, the owner, who decides who gets paid and who doesn’t. If you complete a project, you may eventually get your dues (after numerous delays), but if you unintentionally fall out of his favor, you can forget about seeing your hard-earned salaries, no matter how much you chase him.
During my one year of employment, I never received a single paycheck in full or on time — not even once. Each pay day, Rahul finds a new excuse to delay salaries — from “the client is late” or “the investor hasn’t come through” to simply disappearing from the office for weeks at a time with weak explanations. There’s a total lack of senior leadership or oversight, and the only way to stay in his good books and get paid is by licking his boots and being his lapdog. Naturally, this has fostered a toxic culture where loyalty is valued over competency. I won't recommend this for anyone not even an intern or fresher. Not just me but he's fooled like 20+ employees by not paying them even after 7-8 months' of their resignation. You'll just ruin your career if you continue working in Appzia Technology.
