The style of clothing and the customers.

Cons

High turnover rate. Hire managers that aren't experienced. They don't pay experienced managers what they should. No advancement opportunity. Power struggle throughout.

Pros

Faith based; gives back to community; ability to be creative and flexible in store layout and design.

Cons

Pay is minimal for the amount of stuff that needs to be done daily, weekly, etc. Franchise owners willmake or break the position based off their involvement and understanding of the business and the community your store is in.
