A very professional staff (excluding management skills of managers), many interesting and difficult projects, professional courses and tutoring for newbies have a good effect on newbies' professional growth. Cons
Comparative low salaries and high workload is the main cons. People are often overloaded with work with no reward, this results in low motivation for work. No IT division, all hardware and system administration problems are developers' and testers' problems. Management lacks transparency and expertness (maybe the former is an effect of the latter). Many of employees do not trust top-management and do not support their politics.
