Pros

At the beginning of the year I joined, the bonus could be multiplied. I heard that if you are placed in a foreign client, you will get a daily allowance and also accommodation covered by the company. Good for learning new things, especially about banking.

Cons

Salary increases are often late every year, and there are often no arrears. The existence of groups in socializing. Cannot claim or reimburse vitamins. Lack of attention to work-life balance.
