      Pros

      Can't think of any pros I saw in the 12 months between being acquired and being let go.

      Cons

      My company was acquired last year and I read reviews that said the work would be sent to India. The reviews were absolutely correct. Unfortunately they weren't organised enough to have people in India ready for handovers before we all are let go so the remaining staff and customers on our products will be the ones to suffer for the company actions.

      Pros

      Great peer to work with. Everyone is friendly and you can talk to essentially everyone. Also good work and life balance. No requirements of working on the clock.

      Cons

      Management is more into KPI's, acquiring, merging and selling business. This is a capital group, not a software company.
