They have an amazing code of conduct manual and systems, however it's only kept on the drawer and actaul is total missed up They promote values they never posses, managment are totally isolated from each team. Too much politics between teams

Work-life balance, good location, MD of company nice guy, friendly people

Benefits are very small, commissions are paid out late, building is bad, office environment is really bad - old, messy, broken things lying everywhere, biometric scan of fingers every morning and evening, people complain so culture is not good, not enough parking, people are not an important asset to the company, huge turnover of people, HR is really bad, pay if way below average, systems are old and user-unfriendly, most work is manual
