A great leadership team who are accessible talented and credible. Colleagues who care about the product and want to do better every day. Committed teams who care about end users. Good interdepartmental relationships. Excellent relationships with customers and a willingness to recognize that things can always be better.
Cons
Some historical decisions have led to short-term, unjoinedup thinking which takes time to undo. A previous culture of contractors in decision making positions means some of the team are still learning to believe in the permanent leadership that replaced them.
