Terrible for my career. I left actually knowing less about my job than when I started. Under-valued and under-paid. Upper management is comically incompetent. They’re constantly making poor decisions and are completely blind to how it's affecting their staff. Things have gotten so bad I would be surprised if they’re in business for much longer without making some serious changes.

Upper Management - All C level executives and board members only cared about their dollar and never once for the employee. Everything is micromanaged - Everything.... Bad Pay - For the work that is demanded from each employee, the compensation is a joke. Little to no creative freedom - If someone has an idea of how something could be made better, their idea will most likely not be taken into consideration on the final line.
