Where to begin. RK make EVERYONE feel uncomfortable working there. Unbelievably difficult to deal with. The rest is a joke as well. Product makes no sense, constantly changing, changes do t make sense. I can’t describe how Lott’s this place makes sense.

This is a completely dysfunctional organization. Nepotism, lack of vision, zero-sum game mentality, inability to grow its employees, ambiguous expectations, inability to manage expectations internally, uncontrollable churn, mushroom management, etc. If it is not obvious in the several, recent negative reviews, just look at the most recent positive reviews and the kinds of values Apto has instilled in the employees who remain: > “Recently moved on from people who weren't holding up their end of the bargain” > “Continue to get rid of the people who seek to keep their work simple” > “Recently weeded out some dead weight within the company” Do not come here and waste any months or years of your career.
