A Positive Work in Progress

Pros

1-Definitely flexible when it comes to an employee needing to attend to family obligations. 2-There is always something new and challenging occurring. 3- Literal open door policy at all levels of management. 4- What the company does is great and needed for the environment. 5- Growth is inevitable.

Cons

1- comp & benefits are not comparable with larger companies, but it's small at 100 employees 2- senior leaders avoid accountability and pass the blame instead of owning the issue, fixing it, then moving on 3- communication 4- very few female leaders, but at least more than in the past 5- a little too casual

Pros

Eager to be the industry leader. IT staff does an amazing job integrating all the unnecessary and redundant requests via tickets. Sales team knows its products and sell them well.

Cons

Management in Operations does not have a clear path to success. Labor is wasted which causes stress for permanents when temp labor is cut. The team reacts well in terms of production but, lack confidence with the future. Management is slow to implement procedures to become industry leader. Tools and equipment are not standardized so it is difficult for everyone to be trained the same and have a steady flow of production.
