This establishment has a very different way of treating their female African American employees. The discrimination, gaslighting, constant questioning, public embarrassment, racist comments, and countless forms of illegal practices are all plentiful here. Please do not be fooled by their allure of everyone “being family” pull you in. You will be overwhelmed, overworked, and undervalued everyday. All conversations must be followed up with an email or it never happened. They will add lunches to your time card that you’ve never taken to avoid being asked about it since they constantly fail to staff appropriately or train people effectively. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here. You will leave with PTSD.
