      Pros

      Paid well in the early days- would move to correct issues fairly quickly and had good direction.

      Cons

      Became a total Sh*t show. Tons of regulatory issues that were/are mishandled, dishonesty, lack of integrity, unethical practices. When you speak up- you are asked to comply or leave. No vision for the future, no strategy for new products, cash balance has been burned through as a result of the mishandling of regulatory reporting, litigation and just poor business decisions in general. It could have really been something….

      Leadership in the Regulatory department is the worst I’ve ever seen. Extremely high turnover. Company promotes “unlimited” PTO (not tracked) but you’ll be lucky if you get time off approved. Meanwhile, leadership goes on vacation every month. Favoritism is obvious as workload is not divided appropriately among team members. HR will do absolutely nothing to help you. Stay away from this company if you value your career and your sanity.

      Great cross functional working relationships. Opportunity for remote work

      Cons

      Horrendous selection in leadership. No work life balance. No empowerment. No support. No prioritization. Constant miscommunication or none at all. Unsure of the longevity of the business
