Pros

The people are amazing, everybody from the Office Boy to the CEO, including all the Managers and Team Leaders. The working culture is truly respectful, fun, and everybody just wants to make Aqarmap succeed. Its amazing how such a group of people can get together and just be positive without the typical office politics and negativity.

Cons

Salaries are not the highest, and there is no clear career path planning within the organization, mostly because there is no HR department !

I never write reviews, but I am writing this review because I am proud to work at Aqarmap. When the Corona problem happened, Aqarmap did not fire any employee although it had financial problems like all companies. The company culture is real and this was the real test for it. We work all now part-time and get part-time salaries but no fighter was fired !!!

Cons

Attendance and no job titles for career path.

Free snacks, work any place you want inside the firm, also we have unlimited vacations.

Cons

you will find some stress, a lot of tasks you should do. But all these will make you tough.
