Pros
Large, bright office with good natural light. Partnership with Emaar brought much needed funding and quality to the workplace including recreational facilities.
Cons
Poor work/life balance and high expectations. Management obsessed with targets and little room for progression. Typically, no salary for Agents and a poor salary for the Senior positions in the sales team.
