1. No work life balance, you have to work 14-16 hrs
2. Constant pressure to deliver new features in minimal time
3. Promotions (only if you repeatedly crib about it for long)
4. Stocks (actually ESoPs which are not too much plus you need to be in the company for long to avail benefits)
5. There is no salary structure, you are paid very less. So your salary is less than freshers in cloud native security market.
6. No hikes. Company can hire new engineers, will also give you referral bonus but for hike they say its COVID.
7. Your are undervalued
Suggestions to New joiners:
1. Quote a salary which you expect after 5 years(there is no salary increment in here)
2. Don't trust a word about those funding or quality things from management, they are all hoax
