Good quality of work. Anyone can learn new tech from here, if one has the will to learn.

Cons

So many cons are there to mention. 1. Management always forces to work extra hour sans benefit. 2. Management fails to give Saturdays off, though they promise it to give at the time of joining. 3. They fail to give basic facilities like, repairing A/C (once we had to wait for 2 months!!! ) or quality tea. 4. Company often fails to give on-time salary, though they mention on offer letter to give it on or before 15th every month. 5. And last but not least, they do paycut for those reasons which they never mention while offering a job!!!

Frankly, I have no +ve experience in this company. The hiring process was handled nicely by HR, except that you will find Cons below.

Cons

My background - Junior developer with 1 year of experience. The interview was exceptionally easy. The project head asked a few questions regarding the job profile. Nothing informed about my team, what they will be expecting from the new employee. The second day I was facing a few problems then got a call from the CEO telling me that there is no team, I am the only guy working and there is nobody to help me out. Like seriously what type of company's CEO says that. And after someday I received a call about why you are not online, I was baffled because my development is in the local machine and there is no team with whom I can collab.

Provides enough opportunities to keep you busy learn new things everyday. Positive work environment with professional colleagues who are supportive. The management is transparent and welcomes change. The Company is pretty good with Work / Life balance. Great environment to work in.
