      Pros

      Head of HR is amazing, she genuinely cares! Everybody on every team is approchable! The managers on the team i work on are fantastic, I have had many bumps in the road with childcare, and Covid, but they have been amazing! Developers aren't in an ivory tower, they are so approachable and helpful! This has not been my experience in previous roles! This company feels like home! I feel like I matter!
