      Pros

      Great product and vision. Passionate about water features everywhere. Great office with tons of perks for employees, gym, sport courts, etc. Water features everywhere creates nice environment to work.

      Cons

      Low Pay structure. Reviews about the owner is true. Very passionate and zero filter and always in employees' business. Mgt will say he is not running the company and they disparage him all the time behind his back. He is the owner and CEO and that will not change. He has been successful driving the category and has a winning attitude but there is disparity and mixed messages from the leadership team which causes confusion from everyone of who is in charge.
