I have to see unhappy faces every day now management doesn't trust the employees. The time is so strict that your focus is no longer on doing the work, it is more on finishing the clock in time. Kinda feel like school. Earlier you needed minimal approval for doing any task or development. Now every task needs approval and it takes more and more days to deploy something to prod. They removed every possible access from the developer except using vs code :D (So basically end of the day you have less experience on things that you knew before joining). A lot of variables are not in the developer's hands. Still, they expect the changes in prod faster. The Lead was good and supportive but now the lead doesn't have much power as higher management started controlling everything. Its the same task everyday. I am not learning anything new.

I made the difficult decision to resign from my position due to the toxic political environment created by my manager and leadership. The constant power struggles, favoritism and lack of transparency in decision-making made it impossible for me to effectively do my job and succeed within the organization. I tried to address my concerns but unfortunately, they were dismissive and unwilling to take action against the toxic political climate. I ultimately realized that staying in such a toxic environment would only continue to damage my mental health and well-being. It is disheartening to have to leave a job that I once enjoyed because of the toxic politics perpetuated by my manager and the leadership. I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others and I urge anyone considering a position to think twice before accepting a job offer. The way that I was treated during my time at the company is unacceptable and I believe that potential employees deserve to know the truth about how they may be treated in the future.
