    Pros

AEB has an excellent CEO, broadminded and open to ideas. If you can negotiate, you can get best salary in the area.
Multi-Disciplinary with wide range of project portfolio. Has both good and bad reputations among clients.
AEB has done best projects in Qatar and abroad and has a good mix of human resource.
At senior positions, it provides lots of flexibility with how you want to work.
There is hardly any intervention in your work but at the same time no mentoring is provided.

    Cons

Due to lots of control assigned to its COO who does not have a vision, AEB lacks the international standards for project management, development, employee and resource management.
It lacks employee retention program and does not provide any professional development opportunities. Work culture is sluggish and is not monitored in an organized manner. Project development methodology and monitoring is not established. Everyone work in their own way. Their is hardly any employee engagement opportunities with higher management and their cannot be any salary raise.

    Advice to Management

AEB must find a visionary COO who is educated in the field of Architecture and Construction to run its daily affairs.
