for me I could not find any pros, mainly the work is support government sector all over KSA , I did not do any new implementation, just one training which was not add much to my knowledge / experience
Lots of customers and technology partners. Had good business but in recent time facing lots of competition from other solution providers because of callous attitude towards customer service and/or business development
Cons
Discriminatory policies, salaries and other benefits varies as per the whims of the managers. No standardized policy when it comes to compensation and benefits. No training for technical staff. Career growth is almost non existent.
