Not much tbh, a regular workplace with underpayment with no benefits.

Cons

Compensation and the work environment are worse than they look: hectic, there are no good computers to work with, no IT support, no training at all for the employees, and constant stress and pressure from your direct manager. It was a horrible experience, and I'm relieved that it ended.

“They expect you to work a minimum of 15 hours a day, seven days a week, even if there is no work to do. Breaks are not allowed, and you must ask and plead for basic needs like eating or using the bathroom. Tasks are often unreasonable and unrelated to your role (e.g., being required to handle financial responsibilities as an engineer). They treat employees harshly and exploit them.” They are an extension of Arabtech for Engineering, which went bankrupt in 2020 in Dubai (UAE) due to its bad reputation and unethical practices.
