      The people are the best! That's it!

      Cons

      Raises sucked. No communication. They don't care about the people, just the money. This place has gone downhill very fast. They promote people before they promote people who have been there over 10 years. Understaffed and underpaid.

      Pros

      There are some genuinely amazing people that work there. Some are incredibly knowledgeable and want to share that knowledge. They do encourage continuing ed and learning.

      Cons

      They do not care about their people. They only care about their bottom dollar. Pay is below industry average. Management rubbed shoulders with the right people, didn’t earn it by experience or knowledge. They give off the “I’m better than you” perception that puts people off.

      supportive team culture with genuinely kind coworkers - flexibility and understanding around work-life balance - opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow professionally - leadership is approachable and open to feedback

      Cons

      There can be a lack of visibility into decisions made at the leadership level - Workload can feel unbalanced at times, especially during peak seasons (but typical in this industry) - Expectations are high, but not always accompanied by consistent support or direction
