Pros
WFH two days a week. You can tell management means well but completely misses the mark.
Cons
You are never not working. You do the work of 3-4 roles with pay of one. Ambassadors and clients have 24/7 access to your personal cell phone. Work life balance is encouraged with the expectation of dropping anything and everything for an unhappy client or ambassador. The office culture itself felt similar to a sorority.
