      You can't hide disgust

      Pros

      Great hard working ancient people, who works here for over 40 years and still have no understanding what there job is suppose to be. Too many chiefs not enough Indians.

      Cons

      Employees medical contrbution too high to afford. Company portion 401K not enough to contributions. Company vision is to make sure everyone gets home safe yet in the winter in the middle of a strom, you never close and all customer service must show up to work where's the safety for those employees.

      Decent pay. Benefits aren't bad, but contributions are high

      Cons

      Avoid like plague!!! Terrible work environment, job descriptions aren't clear, HR is extremely hostile. Employees come and go - even CFO left after only 5 years. Executives couldn't care less about their employees. CEO is only there because she's a granddaughter of the founder, but doesn't know much about the business. Do not disregard all the negative reviews about this company - this is entirely true. Better find yourself a lower-paying job elsewhere, but more stable and where you will be treated like a human.

      Competitive wages. Safe environment. Opportunities for advancement. Opportunity to be part of keeping people safe at employers country wide.

      Cons

      Family owned business with "blinders" to family member qualifications. Planning for "how to" on execution of business plans needs improvement. Have lost top management personnel who were well qualified leaders - why?
