Dark, dreary chapter of my life

Pros

While 95% of my experience at ArbiterSports was negative, I will admit the customers are great people.

Cons

ArbiterSports executive team does not value their employees. We were unpaid, not appreciated, given zero respect, and received minimal leadership from the Executive Team. Employees are let go because they are “too expensive” leaving new employees without adequate training or senior mentors. Longevity within this company does not exist. Customers, the individuals purchasing and using the ArbiterSports products, are left without adequate training and support. Not to mention the poor security features which allowed a ransom attack and data breach that impacted ~540,000 clients, leaking their personal identifiable information, including social security number, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and passwords.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns about ArbiterSports. We appreciate your input and the input of any employees who wish to provide their insights. As a 35 year old software company with a rich legacy in service and performance, we still find ourselves in a fast-moving environment of technology and FinTech where change is constant and innovation is mandatory. We’re sorry your experience with our company was not what you expected, but we will always be a company that is forthright, secure, and safe in our approach to technology and software, as well as being committed to the success of our customers and employees.

Pros

Some of the people are nice.

Cons

-Lack of leadership. -CEO has no idea what he is doing. -They only care about the bottom line, regardless of how it gets there. -Upper management feels those beneath him/them are replaceable and has no problem saying it or showing it. Don’t let the smiles fool you.

We are always appreciative of the feedback we receive from current and past employees and welcome their input regardless of it being positive or negative. Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. Caring for both our customers and our employees is paramount to Arbiter’s long-time success in the management of high school sports and scholastic events. Although we’re not perfect in this aspiration, we do try our very best to commit to high levels of satisfaction both in the workplace and the marketplace.
