Decent work/life balance, especially for director-level and above employees

-Culture of "favorites" being put on a pedestal and given more credit/praise than other scientists -I feel that work has been stolen from others who have not received the proper recognition or credit -"Old vs. new" culture between employees, can feel cliquey or even reminiscent of high school at times -Heavy top-down culture -Complete lack of scientific direction
