Culture is great among your "caste" in the company. Great coworkers. Discounts are great! Benefits are good if you're full time.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to care about the younger, hourly employees. They can at times belittle employees for asking questions or be outright rude. Turnover is high because of this. Everything seems to be about money. Donors allowed to get away with treating staff poorly because of the money they contribute. No room to move up.
