Everything. Leadership is a joke. They play favorites. They instigate things then reprimand you for pushing your buttons. Extremely toxic and gossipy environment. I knew people’s business and I had never met them. Childish vindictive coworkers in most departments. Definitely just a quick buck type of place. Don’t look for anything long term here. Heaven forbid you outproduce a lazy employee who’s been here a year, you’ll have a major target on your back causing the other employee to look bad, including from your direct manager who tries to hide said employees lack of production. Number don’t lie, people do. Company says there’s an open door policy but there isn’t. Anything you discuss with upper management will just be passed onto your direct manager and put a target on you. I complained then I was written up the next day, suspended due to asking Hr about my write up then terminated due to the write up and suspension. This company is a joke. HR is a joke. Upper management is a joke. Front line management is a joke. You’ve been warned!!
