      A lot of good people you can work with but unorganized and fake management

      Pros

      Opportunities to advance without much formal education. There are some amazing people there, but it can just be few and far between.

      Cons

      Upper management is some of the fakest people you will ever meet. You need to suck up or they can find a way to get rid of you. Pay isn't very competitive either. Be careful not to show "political affiliation," this includes pride logos or anything as such. Strict dress code that is enforced situationally
