Need to improve product training and domain training program for new joiner. Also, Some senior people are arrogant towards new joiner when they ask any technical doubt. Development team can be more supportive towards other team and that will bring more quality as some time support interface or BA team face difficulty to work in some area and they find difficulty to get the support from Development team
