Promises around training and development are not delivered — little to no formal onboarding or growth structure Lack of clear processes or job documentation; most things are handled “on the fly” Inconsistent direction from leadership — different leaders provide conflicting guidance Minimal to nonexistent feedback process, making it difficult to improve or grow High expectations without the support or structure needed to meet them Offboarding experience is abrupt — benefits (including insurance) end immediately with no transition period Leadership often communicates big ideas but lacks follow-through and accountability Will also shift job role as needed
