Pros

For an experienced Manager it's the last of it's kind. No micromanagement from above, quality senior management that still cares about it's residents. Making budget is important but the quality of the residents care is not sacrificed for the sake of money. Continuity in management and staff in general. Healthy food budgets and staffing ratios. They believe quality care produces move in's instead of spending excessively on sales and marketing.

Smaller company with less advancement opportunities.

Somewhat laid back with no late nights. Plenty of overtime

Cons

Too much work. Disrespectful management, long hours, little pay, they make you feel guilty if you have to call In. High turnover rate
