      Horrible culture, continually breaches labor laws and Human Rights codes

      Pros

      Great money if you are willing to work hard and fight for deals that co-workers steal.

      Cons

      There are way too many to list however here are a few: managers are encouraged to lie to staff, always choosing favorites for lead distribution and giving deals to the thieves instead of correcting the problem. The worst culture and no values whatsoever. Managers are the the problem creating extremely toxic and dysfunctional environments. Managers are promoted based on who they know, never on experience or knowledge as they don't have any. Free labour, you will do ALOT of work that is outside your job description and will not be paid for it. Huge boys club, very few female managers (1 or 2). No support from head office or human resources. Staff have to put up with their illegal tactics and lies in order to not get reprimanded. Much more but not enough time or room to mention. It is way worse than I have described, truly unbelievable!

      Pre-Planning Director, Assistant Manager, Manager

      Pros

      Company provides extensive and on-going training. Work along side good people that are willing to help. Recession proof industry. Excellent earning potential. Never have I been in a position to earn 6 figures or more in a short amount of time. Just takes hard work and persistence. Room for promotions and advancement. If you have a positive attitude and are willing to work hard, the career will take you a long way! And the company will take care of those that show they can do it.

      Cons

      We deal with a sensitive topic and clientele. At times we have to deal with challenging customers.. but what career doesn't have this? Commission environment is not easy and not for everyone.

      Macho Manager - No Employee Success

      My co workers were very nice

      Cons

      Manager had a Mr. Macho attitude. He started every morning by publicly humiliating the staff he thought was under preforming. A lot of yelling - and a lot of sexual comments. I was told several times "my 'bpdy' won't close a sale unless I put out", "a pretty face doesn't make money unless you sleep with the client".
