Pros

Arbox was an amazing place to work with amazing people. I am so happy to have had this experience. The HR door was also open to help. They hire extremely nice and talented people. It is an extremely understanding company.

Cons

However, with the good we must take the bad. There is a lot of mis management and it sometimes easy to fall through the cracks. There is no loyalty, it does not matter how long you work there if they are done with you they are done with you. Even if you are a good employee. They do not look to help you grow from within the company. They do not properly set up goals with certain teams and do not set clear expectations. Making it harder for you to know what you have to do. Additionally, they get upset if you do not reach you goals even if you do not control the means to reach them ie sales.

Thank you for your feedback. Company at scale means growing fast, which means growing pains. Fast pace is not for everyone. We are defiantly aware of what we need to work on, and working on it for sure.

Bad decisions, Being cheap

Pros

The employees are probably the most important assets in the company.

Cons

The salary is relatively scarce and they don't offer many social benefits. Happy hours are kinda lame and cheap. The office is small and it seems that the company tries to save money over the employees. Many employees just come for few months then fired or resigned. The product gets lots of bad reviews from the end users. Kinda disappointed overall..

Pros

I worked at Arbox for more than a year. What I appreciate Arbox the most are the people and the organization's atmosphere led by the committed colleague. The product is full of potential and has an effect on the fitness audience all over the country.

Cons

1. High precent of employees churn . It seems that Arbox doest figure out yet the to retain good and motivated employees. After a year in the company, I got promoted to a different role but didn't get any raise or boost in a claim that I need to prove myself first. In 2 month, 14 employees left or got fired which effected a lot on the current employees as well. 2, Miscommunication. Everybody do everything and there are no defined boundaries between roles and departments. 3. Not quite open for changes. A lot of changes based on feelings or mangers overview.
