      There are no pros at Arc

      Cons

      I have witnessed fraud and unethical practices. Leadership is very inexperienced. How can a school teacher who has never been in the mortgage industry get hired as a director of ops? I have never met a more narcissistic company than Arc. If you are not in the "circle", you are a nobody. Stay away!

      Working with people who have been in the mortgage industry for many years

      Cons

      Very unorganized leadership, people don't seem to know what is going on or who does what. High turnover. If you like being micromanaged and not being able to take a 10 minute break without someone blowing up your notifications asking for a reply, this is the place for you!
